Design
The design will consist of aero elastic load calculation, finite element calculations including technical documentation necessary for manufacturing, erection, commissioning, general maintenance and certification.

Training
To ensure that our customers staff gain full understanding and to motivate these staff members in wind turbine manufacturing, XMIRE offers a unique general wind turbine related training in Denmark from one to 3 months for selected engineers chosen by the customer.

Stationary support
XMIRE offers qualified staff stationed at the manufacturing facilities for the time needed as a stable support to ensure proper technology transfer is accomplished. That includes but not limited to contacting local sub-suppliers, document clarification, assembling and erection support and aid in commission of prototype.

Expert assistance
As needed XMIRE can dispatch specialised engineers for special clarifications i.e. instruction, supervision, training, manufacturing of classified components, mounting and assembly in workshop of tower, transmission, yaw system, hub, hydraulic parts, cabling, including commissioning with test of the safety system, parameter settings and adaptation of control system.

Continuous support
XMIRE does not leave you alone, not even after the wind turbine is running. Therefore, XMIRE offers service up to 5 years after first prototype is commissioned.
